Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen sounded promissing because of the teasing trailers and it kind of was. The trailers showed us huge robots fighting and sucking up sand and not to forget... Megan Fox on the run.
So what is the movie about? First it is a bit of a story buil-up. Sam goes to college. Sam meets roommate. Sam meets hot chick. Hot chick turned out to be a cyborg. Well that was new. Too bad Terminator Salvation ruined the cyborg theme.
From that moment on the movie is all about what the trailers showed. Fights, explosions, fights, sinister plans, explosions and some more fighting. Quite entertaining if you ask me, although it sometime is hard to see who the goodguys and who the badguys are.
Anything new or different from part one? Hell yea! I guess you can't watch this movie at home, because everything is so huge and there is so much happening on the screen, it just don't fit your 42 inch plasma. Also the humorous twins are new and Optimus Prime appears to be a real butcher. I just can't seem to remember that last thing from the cartoons...
Anyway, this is a must see for the real fan and a entertaining actionmovie for the rest of you.
